  • Chuck has extensive jury trial experience in state and federal courts, and the bankruptcy court for the Northern District of Ohio. He was a member of the Law Review at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and is consistently rated as a “Super Lawyer” and “Best Lawyer” by his peers in the area of business litigation. Chuck has published articles in the ABA Litigation Journal and the Cleveland Bar Journal.
